Enfora, A Novatel Wireless Company, is announcing the planned discontinuance of production and the initiation of the End of Life (EOL) process, including the Last Time Buy (LTB) opportunity, for the following products:

Mini MT [Part No. GSM2428-00]
MT-Gu with Accelerometer [Part No. GSM2438-00, GSM2438-01]
MT 3000 [Part No.GSM2374-01, GSM2376-01]

Last Time Buy Opportunity
You will have until July 31, 2013 for Mini MT and MT-Gu products and until August 31, 2013 for MT 3000 (or such longer period from the date of this notice as may be specified in any written contract between you and Enfora) to make a last time buy of any of these products. The last time buy quantities are not to exceed three (3) times your average monthly volume of purchases for the one (1) year preceding the date of this notice (unless a greater LTB amount is approved by Enfora in writing). Your LTB purchase order must specify a ship-by date no later than December 20, 2013 (but within any applicable contractual notice period).

The table below lists the potential replacements for the EOL products listed above.
